• Voice inputs (processed directly on OpenAI servers)

• GeniChef does not store, transmit, or retain camera images or voice inputs after they are processed by OpenAI.
• No data is used for analytics, advertising, or any other secondary purpose.
• OpenAI servers process images and text strictly for generating recipe results.

3. Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: GeniChef relies on OpenAI for AI-driven recipe generation. Data sent to OpenAI is processed but not stored by GeniChef.
• Vercel: Our backend functions solely to forward API requests, without retaining or analyzing any user data.

4. User Control and Data Rights

Since GeniChef does not store personal data, there is no need for data deletion requests. Users maintain full control over the device-stored aspects of the app.

5. Security Measures

GeniChef ensures that all API communications occur over encrypted channels to protect your privacy. We do not sell, share, or trade any user data with third parties.
