GeniChef's main goal is to inspire users with new and creative recipes. It serves as a tool for culinary exploration rather than a strict meal-planning guide.

GeniChef is an AI-powered recipe inspiration tool. It does not provide professional dietary, nutritional, or medical advice. You are responsible for ensuring that any recipe you choose to follow aligns with your dietary needs and health conditions.

2. User Responsibility

• The preparation and consumption of any recipe obtained from GeniChef is entirely at your own risk.
• GeniChef does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any recipe.
• You assume full responsibility for any adverse effects, injuries, or damages resulting from the preparation or consumption of any recipe generated by the app.

3. Limitation of Liability

GeniChef, its developers, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or unsafe preparation of recipes
• Allergic reactions or food poisoning
• Failure to meet dietary restrictions
• Any other health-related issues

4. Personal Data and Privacy

GeniChef respects your privacy. All personal data processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store, share, or monetize user-generated images or voice input.

5. Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: Image and text processing occurs on OpenAI's servers. GeniChef does not store or transfer your data elsewhere.
• Vercel: Our backend functions as a pass-through mechanism for OpenAI API requests, without storing or modifying user data.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
